'PP??' can't be opened because it is from an unidentified developer.Your security preferences allow installation of only apps from the Mac App Store and identified developers
Go to Application > Right click on PP Jailbreak > Open and in the pop-up click on open.
Now when the application will open, it will recognise your iPhone but you might be feeling lost as everything is written in Chinese. Just follow the below steps and it won't take time for you to use PP Jailbreak tool.
